Once we receive your return you can expect a refund within 15 days. You will receive an automated email once your return is processed and closed. Store credit refunds are immediately available in your account from the time your return is processed and closed.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn or any other unauthorized product that is sent back to us. Please notify us if you received a damaged item immediately so that we can further assist you.

*AfterPay Refunds: Orders paid with AfterPay and returned in-store will only receive a DSW merchandise credit. Additionally, if you chose to get a DSW merchandise credit, your Afterpay account will not be automatically adjusted as you have been refunded by another method and this counts as goods received. If you accepted a refund via DSW merchandise credit, you remain obligated to pay your Afterpay account in full (in accordance with Afterpay’s Purchase Payment Agreement).
