What is your return policy?

We offer FREE returns for Sole Society Credit* or receive a refund to your original form of payment (credit, debit or PayPal) minus a $7.95 return fee** Returns are created and printed on our site.

All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

 

Final Sale 

Final sale items are deeply discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged. An item purchased on Final Sale that is not the right size, color or fit is not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sale and clearance items are considered Final Sale. We alert customers of Final Sale products at the time of a promotion, on the terms and conditions on the site, on order confirmation emails and on product pages. 

 

Third Party Merchandise 

Sole Society does not accept returns for any merchandise purchased outside of SoleSociety.com. Sole Society does not offer repair services or replacement parts. 

 

Processing Time 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and closed. At this time your refund will be processed. Store credit refunds are immediately available in your Sole Society account. Credit card refunds can take 1-5 business days to reflect back to your bank. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.
