What is your return policy?

We offer FREE returns for Sole Society Credit* or receive a refund to your original form of payment minus a $7.95 return label fee. 

All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Return labels can be created and printed on our site via solesociety.com/returns. Return forms are not included in orders. 

 

Final Sale 

Final sale items are deeply discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged. An item purchased on Final Sale that is not the right size, color or fit is not eligible for return or exchanges. If an item is final sale, this will be displayed in Red on the product page. 

 

Return Eligibility 

If your order is still in Processing status it will not be eligible for return. Please wait until your order is complete to view it's return eligibility online. You can view this information on the "My Orders" page in your account. 

 

Third Party Merchandise 

Sole Society does not accept returns for any merchandise purchased outside of SoleSociety.com. Sole Society does not offer repair services or replacement parts.
