Sole Society gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. The exact item that was purchased must be available in order to qualify for a price adjustment. All price adjustments must be requested during the time of a promotion. Price adjustments will not be honored after a promotion ends. Items not purchased at full price or purchased with promotional store credit are ineligible for price adjustments. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call us at 1-877-765-3009, or send us an email message at email@example.com before the promotion ends. Please include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Items purchased on sale or items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for a price adjustment.
