I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

At this time we are unable to change or modify orders. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to cancel it. 

If you are unable to reach us during business hours, please send us an email at sos@solesociety.com with the subject CANCEL, or contact us the following business day so that we can assist you.
