RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can always return it. Return requests are created in your Sole Society account. We offer FREE returns for Sole Society Credit or receive a refund to your original form of payment (credit, debit or PayPal) minus a $7.95 return fee*
All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
We treat exchanges the same as returns. We recommend choosing "store credit" as your refund option to ensure there is no return fee. Once we receive your items back to our warehouse, the credit will be added to your account and you will be notified via email. You can then place a new order for the style, size or color you want.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available when you place your new order.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
1- Visit solesociety.com/returns-faq - If you have an account, sign-in here. If you do not have an account, enter in your information under "Guest Returns" to receive an email with further instructions. Please do not create an account before going through the guest returns email. If you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam box or junk mail.
2- Once you are logged into your account, head to the My Returns page to get started on your return. There you will select your order, your desired refund method, and follow the steps to print your Return Information Sheet (RIS) and prepaid UPS return label.
3- Place the RIS in the box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
4- Drop off the box at your local UPS office.
You also have the option of shipping back your return with your own postage for a FULL refund back to your original payment method. Please follow the steps above to create an RIS to include inside the package. Be sure to select the "Full Refund" option and ship your return to:

Returns sent back to Sole Society without an RIS will significantly delay processing time.

Please note that our returns page is not available on our mobile site. If you do not have access to our full site, please contact our SOS Team.
PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and closed. We are unable to complete refunds for items that have not been returned to us.
SHOPRUNNER RETURNS Follow the steps above to create your return. Be sure to choose the "Full Refund" option for a full refund that does not include our return label. Print out the RIS to include inside your package. You can then head to your ShopRunner account at ShopRunner.com to print out your free UPS return label.
