Currently, Sole Society ships to the U.S. - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Sole Society does not ship to PO Boxes.
Sole Society packages are shipped Monday through Friday from New Jersey and California.
Standard Ground orders should take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses can take up to 15 business days to arrive.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO are charged $12.95 for shipping and handling. This charge covers any and all additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations.
Any orders shipped via Fedex SmartPost can take an additional 5 business days to get delivered, depending on your local post office.

All shipping methods operate on business days only. At this time we do not offer weekend or holiday shipping methods.
Ontrac (3-5 business days)
- Orders can take up to 5 business days to be delivered.
- Delivery time varies depending on the ship state.
UPS Ground (3-5 business days)
- UPS Ground packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
- UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
- Ground Time-in-Transit Maps provide full-color U.S. maps illustrating the number of transit days for delivery via UPS ground services within the 50 states.

- Our expedited shipping options are business day only. At this time we do not offer overnight, weekend, or holiday delivery methods.
- Expedited shipping is only available for orders shipped to the continental United States.
- Expedited Shipping charges are not returnable or refundable.
- Sole Society is not responsible for and is excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.

Free Ground Shipping Promotion
To qualify for free standard ground shipping, you must meet a purchase subtotal of $50.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. Does not include Sole Society e-gift cards.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFO do NOT qualify.
Free 2-Day Shipping Promotion
ShopRunner members are entitled to free UPS 2-Day shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States.

For UPS address changes, we encourage customers to create a “UPS My Choice” membership, which allows them to use features to reschedule or redirect delivery to an alternative address or The UPS Store. Additionally, upgraded packages may arrive one day earlier.
All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date
If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.
Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.
If you still are unable to find your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to start a claim with the shipper.
Please note that package claims can take up to 8 business days to be completed.
During the claim process, the shipper will contact you to investigate this case.
Once the claim is closed, we will assist with a refund/replacement.
