We treat exchanges the same as returns. We recommend choosing "store credit" as your refund option to ensure there is no return fee*. Once we receive your items back to our warehouse, the credit will be added to your account. You can then place a new order for the style, size or color you want.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available when you place your new order.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your returned items to be received by our warehouse and processed. Once we process your return, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been completed. At this time, you will have store credit available in your Sole Society account. The credit will automatically apply towards your next purchase, and it never expires. The credit is not irreversible and can be reversed back to your original payment method at any time.
If you change your mind and want to reverse your store credit back to your original payment method minus the $7.95 return fee, submit a request to our SOS Team at email@example.com
