For exchanges, please process the return by following the steps below. When selecting the method of refund, be sure to select Sole Society Credit. This will ensure no return shipping fee is charged. Once we receive your items in our warehouse, the Sole Society Credit will be added to your account and you will be notified via email. You can then place a new order for the style, size or color you want.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available when you place your new order.
ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE AT TIME OF PURCHASE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
1- Go to https://www.solesociety.com/returns-faq and log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, you will need to enter your order number and email address under the Guest Returns section in order to start the return process. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account. If you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam box or junk mail.
2- Once you are logged in to your account go to My Orders and select the order you want to return, select your desired refund method and follow the steps to print your Return Information Sheet (RIS) and return label. Items that are outside of the 30-day return window or final sale items are not eligible to be returned.
3- Place the RIS in the box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
4- Drop off the box at your local UPS office.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and closed. We are unable to complete refunds for items that have not been returned to us.
